The E-metabolism collection is designed by Andra Forman, which is a design studio based in Sweden. The capsule is made up of unique table lamps, floor lamps, seating solutions, indoor garden systems, and a grill. All of these are made from salvaged and recycled materials that are gathered form electric scooters.
The studio broke down these pieces and saw a new life for them. The entire E-metabolism capsule is produced by four designers at the studio with the help of two divers. They made their way into the canals of Malmö to collection the scooters. The various parts are broken apart and the team took a look at these to create new life for a sustainable design.
