World renowned architect Zaha Hadid has been given permission to commence construction for her design of the new Eli & Edythe Broad Art Museum for Michigan State University.
The Eli & Edythe Broad Art Museum will be a three-storey glass and aluminum building featuring exteriors of folding metal pleats. The design of the 18,000 square foot museum, which will house modern and contemporary art, will include space for exhibitions, an education center, museum shop, cafe, and offices.
