Ahti Taskinen, the original mind behind the Easy chair back in the 70s gives the chair a reissued look in collaboration with Fasetti Design. It boasts a modern perspective this time around with new corduroy fabric materials in shades that are reminiscent of the original colors and new ones that are aligned with current themes as well.
The back of the chairs are made from either plywood or bend tubes -- the tubes are selected for the reissued iterations so that the chair will still be functional in the middle of the room. The rube also works with the Easy coffee table which is from the brand's collection that celebrates Ahti Taskinen, using the same tube dimensions.
