The Earbuds app will allow users to listen to the music playlists used by athletes and entertainers. The app has undergone beta testing since February, where the team behind it focused on getting influential people on the Earbuds app, which intends to make music a more social experience.
Users are able to login into the app using either a Google or Facebook profile. The app is also linked with Spotify and Apple Music, where users of the Earbuds platform will get one free month on one of the streaming services.
The Austin based company was started by a former NFL player, Jason Fox. Currently, Nelly has joined the app, and Jason Fox believes the ability to get athletes and entertainers on the platform could be hugely beneficial.
