The highly exclusive piece is only limited to 11 pieces in North America and priced at a heavy $695,000 each. The luxury item boasts a precise engineering influenced by light and transparency, as every part of the mechanism can be viewed.
The sapphire encasing took 900 hours to machine alone -- rounded off with a translucent finish as well. The Double Balancier Sapphire watch is constructed with intricate details, as the hand movements infuse 284 parts, running at a 72-hour chronometric reserve and 21,600 vibrating frequency per hour. The exterior is polished by hand and has the brand's philosophy at the movement with white gold hands and a blue gold dial.
