While the Fall/Winter 2008 campaign for Dolce & Gabbana had a theme of New York gangs of friends, their campaign for the 'D & G' line is a family affair with portraits of big families.
Dolce & Gabbana gave us a hint that flannel and plaid were coming back in their pre-fall ads, and they go all out for a Scottish vibe in the official ads.
Shot by Mario Testino, large families pose alongside chickens and dogs in winter clothes from the new 'D & G' collection that is heavy on the plaids. Some of the guys are even dressed in Scottish kilts.
The ads feature models Alice Burdeu, Aline Weber, Iris Strubegger, Laura Blokhina, Martha Streck, Olga Sherer, Jesper Lund,Erin Heatherton, Milagros Schmoll, Guy Robinson, Eddie Klint, Eugen Bauder, Malte Heininger, and Hampus Ahlquist.
