Made for a very small 130-square-foot living space, the Disappearing Bed is not what one might think at first. Not only does it boast a full-blown mattress, it hides away under the specially created elevated kitchen.
Designed by architects Julie Nabucet and Marc Baillargeon, the space that the Disappearing Bed resides in was once the master bathroom of a fairly large apartment. Now converted into quarters suitable for a student living in Paris, France, the architects had to flex their creativity when outfitting the space. The Disappearing Bed can also convert into a couch.
