This cell phone case turns your smartphone into a digital polaroid. From French startup Prynt, the case will turn your smartphone photos into physical copies in less than one minute. Currently only a prototype, Prynt will be launching a crowdfunding campaign soon.
The phone cases are compatible with iPhone 6 or Android devices with 4.7 inch screens. With this product, smartphone photographers pick a picture they want to print from their phone -- regardless if it's a recent snap or an older image -- and instantly print it. The digital polaroid takes 50 seconds, and the Prynt team hopes to shorten this time considerably using an Apple Lightning connector. Eventually, it will also hold 10 to 30 pieces of photographic film. There isn't any pairing required either, meaning it doesn't need wifi or Bluetooth.
