Portuguese designer 'Giestas' recently published a series that explores different emotions in a unique and creative way. While the majority of people experience a wide variety of emotions throughout the day, we rarely stop to dwell on those feelings. This series highlights all the emotions we feel throughout the day, including the ones we don't express.
The series is called 'Soft Cover Emotions' and it originally began as a way for Giestas to deal with his anxiety. Each day the artists would record his emotions and categorize them by color. He repeated this process for 300 days, documenting everything from from the emotions he did not express to the ones that he would recall after the fact. The final product displays an emotional journey in the form of colorful illustrations.
The unique project provides a visual way for viewers to explore different emotions.
