Fashion Forward Jewelry Designer Jan Roberts Creates Jewelry for Jeans

Jeans may rip and tear, but Jean Joaillerie has come up with the perfect solution: handmade jewelry for jeans. The designer (Jan Roberts) came up with the inspiration for the line when her favorite distressed jeans fell to shreds. The debut collection features vintage pieces from the antique markets in France, crystals from Brazil, scarabs from Egypt, antique coins from all over Europe and other semi precious stones.

With so many of the materials, Jan holds that "keeping the line fresh wont be a problem... The markets only have a limited supply of the pieces I buy, so I'll be constantly adding new designs."
