Design Miami introduces DESIGN MIAMI.LA, which is a special milestone moment marking the studio's first-ever Los Angeles fair. This is set to run from May 16th up until May 20th. It is taking place at the private Holmby Hills estate which was designed by the late and talented architect Paul R. Williams.
It follows the concept of 'Living with Design' as the fair's curatorial director Ashlee Harrison explains that the city's rich design heritage inspires the programming with a focus on three specific themes: eclecticism, imagination, and nostalgia. The fair opens with the brand collaboration highlighting LA-based artist Peter Shire. Visitors will be treated by a fully immersive experience highlighting the city's legacy in design.
