Fashion imprint Denim Tears introduces its newest designs that are set to join the Spring/Summer 2023 season. It features a wide range of rhinestone-adorned streetwear shapes. The highlight of the range spotlight is the Cotton Wreath print which is true to Tremaine Emory.
This time around, it takes on a more stark look as it details the apparel with over 300 rhinestones that are applied by hand, adding sparkling details to each pair. It is seen detailing items such as the logo tee, the thermal, a Cotton Wreath polo top and hoodie, a black cap, and more. Emory states that "The most common misreading [of my work] is that I'm selling Black trauma [...] Really, I'm telling stories. The pain is a story, the good is a story... I'm not selling trauma, I'm using consumerism to get a story out. Very different thing."
