After releasing a way to create custom geofilters earlier this year, social media platform Snapchat has made the feature more accessible by enabling people to create and submit the filters in-app. Before, you would have had to go to a studio website in order to make the filter.
The mobile creative studio -- dubbed 'On-Demand Geofilters' -- can be found in the app's settings. Users can choose from pre-set occasions, templates and customizations such as Bitmoji, Snapchat stickers and text add-ons. Users can also pick the location, where you want the filter to be available and the timeframe before sending it to Snapchat for approval.
The move to enable custom geofilters creation follows the app's controversial location-sharing map function.
