London-based vintage store 194 Local has joined Reebok to release two collaborative cozy footwear in Reebok’s Beatnik designs. 194 Local is one of London’s vintage resellers founded in 2018. This latest collaboration with Reebok’s Beatnik design follows up on recent iterations with NEEDLES and Mountain Research. In addition, the Beatnik design has continued to be a template for experimentation with color schemes and embroidered detailing.
The 194 Local Beatnik features two colorways beige and brown. The loafers have a furry outer and insole for comfort and coziness. It also has Reebok’s bootie sneakers with stretch neoprene collars for a snug fit. Additionally, the ethylene-vinyl acetate sole has thick outsoles for extra traction. There is also customary Reebok branding across the lateral sides of the footwear. The 194 Local and Reebok Beatnik collections will be available on the brand’s official website on March 4.
