The conceptual Sony PlayStation 5 has been designed by Yonghwan Kim as a rendering up the upcoming gaming console that aims to pack everything into a neat, pillar-shaped unit.
The gaming console features a tubular design that has slight similarities to pillar-shaped computers and is focused on an optimized airflow to keep components cool. The unit also features a CD tray that will pop-up for insertion or ejecting, while also features an array of ports on the rear including a standard power delivery port, LAN, HDMI, aux out, a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB ports.
The conceptual Sony PlayStation 5 has also been rendered with a new controller that gives the previous generation controller an aesthetic refresh, while maintaining several essential features.
