The Color Countdown is Designed by Students at The Piggott School

The Colour Countdown game is designed by a group of students at the Piggott School in Reading, England. They are the winners of the Design Ventury competition hosted by the Design Museum. It is a card game that aids children in learning more about colors from their surroundings.

The competition asked students aged 13 to 16 to create a product that would be sold at the Design Museum gift shop. It is based on two classic card games: Uno and I Spy. The students explain in their pitch to a judging panel, stating "You can play anywhere at all. You draw cards of different colours – red, blue, orange, green etc. – and you have to look around and find objects in that colour."
