Collin Schaelli could very well be accused for stepping on Ikea's toes with his latest furniture collection. Schaelli has designed a set of shelves and tables designed to be easily assembled and highly modular.
Collin Schaelli's tables and shelves are designed to be simple in both look and assembly. Screws and fasteners are skipped over in favor of beams that fit perfectly into pre-cut slots. Each piece is made of plywood and isn't dressed up with flashy paint and finisher. The plywood seems surprisingly durable if the images of people lying inside shelves and on top of tables are any indication.
