Italian design firm CLS Architetti has designed this incredible space for the retail store Runway in Vietnam's Ho Chi Minh City.
The interior is cool and contemporary, taking on a ice cove-esque aesthetic, with undulating ceilings and walls that have been built out of a 3D digital model. According to the the Retail Design Blog, the entire space is made up of contrasts and opposites, playing on the old and the new -- specifically, the old and contemporary Vietnam. The store features traditional Vietnamese tables and stools made of stone contrasted against diamond and glass accents.
CLS Architetti also created a giant domed room called the "Cocoon," which on the exterior is "fully gladded by 12,899 mirrored polished stainless steel scales." Inside the Cocoon is an inviting and cozy environment that is covered by almost 9,000 plaster roses.
