The garment repair service will enable Net-A-Porter's customers to go about making appointments online, with most tasks expected to be turned around in seven to 10 days. This is made possible due to The Seam's exhaustive network of craftspersons with expertise in all kinds of repairs and maintenance, not to mention the company's famously personalized approach to repairs.
Currently available for women's clothing repairs to customers in the UK, this clothes repair service is set to be expanded to be available in conjunction with Net-A-Porter's male brands by spring 2023.
