The Céline Spring/Summer 2013 footwear collection demonstrates that colored fuzzy fur isn’t reserved exclusively for your slippers.
Designer Phoebe Philo, who heads the coveted fashion house, deviates away from her usual minimalist style to create these obscure and yet surprisingly stylish shoe collection. It was not just the fuzzy fur that has caused a bit of a ruckus but it was also the bright color palette of lilacs, blues, reds and yellows that makes it even more obscure. Though it is difficult to see who would actually wear the Céline Spring/Summer 2013 collection, which is one part fabulous, one part outlandish, it is still always intriguing when a designer deviates away from their known style and tries to go for something different.
Though it is still undecided as to whether they will be a hit or miss, it will be interesting to see who will be bold enough to sport a pair.
