It's hard not to take notice of Claire Oswalt's sculptures due to their violent nature. Her featured work in the gallery portrays individuals getting a beatdown from people they either owe money to or have seriously pissed off. Her work reminds me of Fight Club, only it hardly looks like the beaters are willing to let their opponents tap out. The sculptures are molded from cut-out wood sketches joined by screws.
