Circular Super Structures

Cuting Edge Designs That Run Circles Around Conventional Arcitecture

Cubic architecture is so passe and since we just entered the new decade, I say it’s time we start thinking outside of the box and design more buildings like these circular super structures pictured above.

If you live anywhere in the northern hemisphere you can appreciate this engineering feats as they are sure to get rid of that nasty wind tunnel effect caused by skyscrapers.

Designed by Heerim Architects out of South Korea, the first two structures look more like the Death Star than a 5 star hotel. The last building here entitle the "Euroscraper" designed by Munoz Villers looks like a contorted snake, but still cool nonetheless.

Whether these circular super structures are more cost effective than conventional buildings or not, you can be sure no corners will be cut when these things are built.
