In the latest Chanel Spring/Summer 2015 advertisements, model Gisele Bundchen was pictured walking barefoot in front of urban Parisian backdrops. Creative director Karl Lagerfeld captured the notably relaxed scenes, pairing couture with a more laid back approach to fashion.
A black and white filter made this Chanel campaign appear all the more striking. This dark touch was all that was needed to showcase the current collection, which includes striped dresses, long patterned coats and thin plaid patterns.
While Chanel is known for its assortment of high end accessories, the label did away with stilettos, espadrilles and high rise boots. Instead, Bundchen roamed the streets sans soles, adding earthy elements to the series that will be unexpectedly delivered to Chanel fans.
