Bright Geometric Hotels

The Cento 61 Hotel was Created in an Abandoned Nightclub in Italy

The Cento 61 Hotel in Palermo, Italy was designed by the local architecture studio DiDeA to repurpose an abandoned nightclub. Placed in the center of the bustling town, this hotel is surrounded by culture, local fare, theater and art museums.

The studio decided to completely transform the interior of the original space by layering geometrically patterned walls with a bold color scheme on all of the furniture. Focusing strongly on landscaping, the team added pops of green all over with live plants, flowers and a 200-year-old Cycas tree in the bijou courtyard garden. The kitchen, run by chef Ciccio Scarpulla, features a fine dining menu and high-end finishes.

The Cento 61 Hotel is a luxurious yet comfortable hotel option in the culture-filled town.
