Casa Son Vida, a 8600 square foot residence, was recently updated by tec Architecture, Los Angeles, California and interior designer Marcel Wanders.
The luxury villa on the island of Mallorca, Spain, features curved interior surfaces and an abundance of white and pale blue-tinted glass. The iceberg-like cool is punctuated with bold red and black furnishings and a stylish bathroom with yellow hued tiles and a shower exterior in sparkling gold.
Implications - Casa Son Vida may look quite modern, but the building still features some of its old parts. Marcel Wanders says that he was inspired to design the home in a fashion that would bring together both the old and the new.
