Finnish dairy producer Valio and food packing company Tetra Pack have a carton package on shelves that is fully renewable. The sustainable packaging is wholly made out of plant-based materials and can be seen across retailers in Finland. The Tetra Rex Bio-based cartons are just the latest innovation from the multinational food processing firm.
A part of their on-the-go packaging, the bio-based cartons were conceived for consumers who can't be bothered with inconvenient packaging. In addition to being eco friendly, the bio-based carton package takes less steps to open when drinking a beverage. In this way, Tetra Pak is not only providing value through their environmental practices, but are also appealing to the 48% of consumers looking to save time with their products.
