I'm sure that more people would prefer to pick up and read these playful props rather than watch a two-dimensional PowerPoint presentation. The Cardboard Fridge was designed in place of a more formal pitch for a dairy company, and would likely get a much more positive response.
Mat Bogust of Think Packaging strove to engage the client with a miniature refrigerator set, comprising the appliance itself, a milk carton, a cream carton and a wheel of cheese. In this concept, each piece is assembled and left in a clean white, but this isn't how the Bogust wanted to leave them. Graphics and text would be printed all over each object to inform an audience about the company and its work. A well-wrapped promotional package, the Cardboard Fridge is complete with a transparent magnetized door.
