Avis Budget Introduces Global Attire for a Consistent Retail Experience

Avis and Budget are looking at the big picture when it comes to the company's latest announcement concerning its car rental uniforms. City to city, country to country, each uniform has been subject to different designs. That will no longer be the case. In order to introduce a more consistent brand identity and retail experience, the car rental uniforms will be homogeneous on a global scale.

Designed by British designer Jeff Banks, the car rental uniforms were created with employee feedback in mind. Kristen Maloney, vice president, Strategic Customer Initiatives, Avis Budget Group, says, "Loyal Avis and Budget customers can be assured that they will enjoy the same high level of service whether they rent in London, Ontario or London, England. And we will continue to look for ways to ensure our service not just meets, but exceeds customer expectations."
