Artistically Hooded Phone Booths

The Call Parade in Sao Paulo Features Designs by 100 Artists

The Call Parade in Sao Paulo is an unusual exhibition that was taken to the city's streets. It featured hooded phone booths created by 100 different artists, which were designed to resemble brains, paintings and helmets with protruding pencils. One helmet was even perfect for Lady Gaga, as its body was entirely covered in arranged mirror pieces.

The works were exposed on the streets between May 20 and June 24th, and were divided into eight different groups. The booths were spread out between the main districts of Sao Paulo's metropolitan region and adjacent neighborhoods including Pinheiros and Vila Madalena.

This wonderful parade temporarily transformed the streets of Sao Paulo into a colorful, artistic outdoor group exhibition.
