Luxury car brand Cadillac is looking to integrate itself into New York City's artisan coffee scene with a new cafe called Cadillac House. The company has been looking for ways to align itself with the art world for some time and now it is doing so in the form of a high-end coffee shop.
Cadillac House will open on June 2nd and it will be located on Hudson Street. The new cafe will be part coffee shop, part boutique and part art gallery, making it ideal for those looking for a more upscale establishment to grab a latte. In addition to the high-end espresso bar, the shop will also feature a lounge area where New Yorkers can relax and socialize. The idea behind the new cafe is to create a physical space that conveys the same feeling as driving a Cadillac vehicle. As brand director Melody Lee explains, "We have tried to tell people what you're supposed to feel from the Cadillac brand. But what we hadn't quite fully established was an environment that you could walk into."
