All-natural beauty and skincare brand Burt's Bees recently hosted an innovative art exhibition in Toronto that highlighted their new range of lipsticks as well as the talents of many emerging Canadian artists. Hosted at the Arta Gallery in Toronto's historic Distillery District, the Burt's Bees Shades Gallery featured stunning art works created by 10 Canadian artists using the lipstick from the brand's new line of color-rich, moisturizing shades, with each piece then being auctioned off for charity. The profits from the Burt's Bees Shades Gallery will benefit the organization Wildlife Preservation Canada.
Aimed at showing off the pigment contained in the formula of the lipsticks, the art works are highly textured and showcase the pretty hues contained in the collection, launching in April. The lipstick gallery will be open between February 27 and March 11, 2016, while admission is free.
