The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo is a Real Version of a Virtual Race Car

The new Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo is both an actual car and a virtual version that players will be able to drive in the new Gran Turismo 6.

The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo is modeled after the successful French race cars that Bugatti built in the 30s and 40s. In particular, it celebrates the Bugatti Type 57 Tank, which won the 24-hour Le Mans race in 1937 and 1939. The Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo bears the colors of the '37 Tank, the two-tone blue. Since that historic moment, blue has become Bugatti's signature color.

Bugatti wanted to make the virtual experience as realistic as possible for Gran Turismo players. They therefore designed the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo to be an "uncompromising race car," with exact, realistic specifications and details. In that spirit, Bugatti built a real-life version of the Bugatti Vision Gran Turismo, which was on display at the 66th IAA International Motor Show in Germany.
