Available in three varieties, the Morning Go-Kits pair a Breakfast Flat with non-fat Greek yogurt and trail mix. Of the three new products, the banana honey nut option provides the most protein and whole grains, with its mix of vanilla-flavored yogurt and a raisin, nut and seed snack mix.
