Texas designer Barrett Alley’s new bracelet collection includes some beautiful braided leather wrap bracelets with antique bead accents.
Each bracelet is dyed an organic brown, indigo, or black and features a tuck clasp made out of antique African trade beads. The Medicine Man braided leather wrap bracelet is woven from an umber colored leather and accented with 19th century white Venetian glass beads. The Cameroon Bracelet is a soft indigo colored leather with hand made antique brass beads from Cameroon. The Ancient Star braided leather wrap bracelet is a black vegetable tanned leather accented with 100-year-old Venetian eye beads.
Each braided leather wrap bracelet wraps around the wrist about four times and then secures by passing each beaded end under the wrapped layers.
