The Louis Speaker Mixes Vintage Sounds with Modern Technology

The Louis speaker is designed by Paolo Capello and is a perfect and portable mix of vintage sounds with modern aesthetics.

The boxy speaker has a similar "trumpet-like opening" that can be seen on many old record players and this opening is used to funnel the music playing on the smartphone that is added to the device. Despite having the appearance of a standard speaker, this device is completely electronic-free. This means that the vintage sound and projections that can be heard coming through the speakers are entirely due to the shape and structure of the hollow "speaker" area.

Due to the fact that this speaker is small and does not run on electricity, it would be the perfect device for avid campers or for use in small rooms.
