Heaven by Marc Jacobs works in collaboration with Blumarine on a new collection that surrounds visual themes of Y2K. There are 11 products in the capsule and references elements that are true to both contributing efforts. Some of the defining details of the collection include pink camouflage and embroidery on blue denim -- it also invites mixing and matching throughout the capsule.
The tees are cropped and accented with dual branding to nod to the brands. This is followed by anime character graphic emblems to align with the era. Denim jackets join the collection with extremely cropped cuts and detailed distressed accents that give it an authentic look before being rounded out by mini skirts.
Blumarine's creative director Nicola Brognano speaks about the collection, "I was thrilled to have the opportunity to work on this project and had a lot of fun creating this special collection that merges Blumarine and Heaven by Marc Jacobs identities. Each piece of the capsule is a gem and truly reflects today’s spirit, balancing ease and coolness in the most feminine and lighthearted way."
