Omega's Blue Side of the Moon celebrates the Super Blue Blood Moon, which is the rare occasion where a supermoon and a total lunar eclipse happen at the same time. Omega's newest watch honors the rare lunar event with a special limited-edition Speedmaster piece -- which has a previous correlation to space. The Blue Side of the Moon watch has a bright blue ceramic exterior that has the moon phase incorporated within the Omega liquid metal material.

The details of the timepiece are intricate, with the both the hands and indexes covered in 'Super-LumiNova' to illuminate a glow. This bright coat is done to recall the Super Blue Blood Moon's light, as it will brighten up the night sky by 14% through the lunar surface. Another unique detailing of the special-edition watch is the 'Co-Axial Master Chronometer Caliber 9904 movement.' The luxurious timepiece is also encrusted with 18K white gold accents and held by a rich blue leather strap. The Blue Side of the Moon Speedmaster is priced at $13,100.
