A series of new Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen products have been announced by the Crown Laboratories-owned brand to help offer consumers a series of options that are safe for the environment.
The new products feature an SPF 50+ protection level and are each made with a blend of zinc oxide along with titanium oxide that work to deliver effective protection from the sun. The formula of the products makes them reef-safe according to the legislation that was passed in Key West and Hawaii, and also meet the standard of the Food and Drug Administration for being both safe and effective.
Crown Laboratories President and CEO Jeff Bedard spoke on the new Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen products saying, "Crown has a strong relationship with its loyal customers, and we are committed to providing them with best in class sunscreen formulations. We're adding the mineral-based SPF 50+ and user friendly-stick because our customers asked, and we listened. Protecting consumers' skin while remaining vigilant about the ingredients we put into our products, ingredients that provide safe and effective sun protection and also protect the environment, those are the key drivers of our product development."
