There is nothing more comfortable than a big chunky sweater, at least during the wintertime, and that is exactly what the Biknit chaise lounge brings to mind. Unlike typical woven furniture, this one features playfully oversized cords plaited on contrasting powder coated steel frame to give it a cute contemporary appeal while not skimping out on the cozy factor.
The Biknit chaise lounge was designed by Patricia Urquiola for Moroso. Created for both indoor and outdoor use, the only difference between the two is that the latter is made with a soft polyethylene down core that’s covered with a polyester/PVC knit. The base is made out of a durable, thermo-stabilized ash wood that can stand up to the harsh outdoor elements. It is available in three colors: honey, mint and fire.
