The Marie Claire Australia Bikini Western editorial is being showcased in the January 2015 edition of the magazine. Model Barbara Fialho is at the heart of the striking production which mixes musical instruments with fashionable ensembles, providing a look at many of the scenes that one would expect to find on holiday vacations.
Photographer David Gubert captured this high end display of music. Gubert opted for black and sepia-hued images, each one showcasing drums and guitars. While cowgirl motifs aren't commonly associated with beach bound productions, stylist Valeryi Yong made a convincing case for the unusual look.
Present in this 60s-themed series are cut off denim shorts, handkerchiefs, checkered tops, oversize hats and cowgirl boots. Fialho made the pieces appear flawless and well-suited to sandy shores.
