The business is spread across "two buildings dating from 1850 and 1910, as well as a newer building and roof extension designed by David Chipperfield Architects." Recently, the interior of the hotel was updated and this project was headed by Irina Kromayer who tapped Swiss architect Etienne Descloux for assistance.
