Those who were big fans of the SyFy series Battlestar Galactica have a new reason to rejoice: IGN Games has come out with a Battlestar Galactica online game based closely on the popular series.
The Battlestar Galactica television series showed the constant battle between the humans and a race of highly intelligent robots called Cylons. In this MMO (massively multiplayer online) game, you can play as either a human or one of the Cylon robots. Once you have chosen your race, you can fly around space engaging in graphically intense space battles -- battling solo or with a team.
The Battlestar Galactica online game is easy to play, with graphics that rival even those of World of Warcraft. Currently the game is in beta, and open for everyone to play online for free.
