Instant Eco Grills

Baja BBQ Firepack

Tons of lighter fluid is used to light BBQs in the US every year which contributes to toxic residue on the foods cooked. The Baja BBQ firepack is made of charcoal packaging (100% recycled biodegradable paper pulp) which quickly ignites by lighting from the bottom. The chimney holes provide the ventilation needed to produce hot coals. The contents are 2 lbs of natural lump charcoal, all of which burn easily, producing hot coals ready to cook your meal in 15- 20 minutes without any nasty "flavourings".

The creators are Mike and Maaike, a collaborative team formed by American Mike Simonian and Dutch born Maaike Evers who are into useful experimental design. They designed the Baja BBQ firepack for Lazzari with a patent pending.
