The Hoko Baby Temperature Sensor is Wearable Tech for Non-Verbal Children

This baby temperature sensor is an example of wearable tech done well, according to Charlie Sorrel at Fast Company's CoExist. The adorable clip-on thermometer is not just functional, but adorable.

The Hoko is a "comfort monitor" that is attached to your child's clothing to detect any discomfort relating to humidity, hot or cold weather. The baby temperature sensor is built for very young children who cannot yet express themselves verbally, thereby saving parents much stress.

This would be a particularly useful device during long trips or instances of unpredicted weather changes. Internal LED lights enable color coded signals that indicate your kid's comfort levels based on the humidity levels of their clothes. There is even a low battery indicator so you know when to replace it.
