'AYANEO,' the China-based handheld personal computer startup, announced the AYANEO Air series of handheld gaming computers at an online conference. The conference was hosted by AYANEO's CEO, Arthur Zhang, who offered information as to the release of the three upcoming AYANEO Air consoles, their unique qualities, and their target prices.
The lineup includes the regular AYANEO Air, the AYANEO Air Plus, and the AYANEO Air Pro. The regular AYANEO Air is the company's ultra-thin, lightweight handheld. It features a 6-inch OLED screen and an AMD5560U processor. The AYANEO Air Pro features a 7-inch LED screen with a powerful AMD 5825U processor, a large storage capacity, and high-quality built-in buttons.
The last Air series model is the AYANEO Air Plus which is marketed as an affordable, entry-level handheld PC that boasts an impressive dollar-to-performance ratio. The device features a 6-inch LED screen and a next-generation AMD 6600U processor.
All three models in the AYANEO Air series will be available for pre-order online at AYANEO's website. The prices for these devices range from $239 for the regular Air up to $269 for the Air Pro.
