Earlier this year, Anthony Van Engelen and Vans presented a look at his signature sneaker model and it is now making a return with the AVE 2.0 silhouette. It is launching officially tomorrow -- it can be shopped online and at select skate stores. The advanced build of the AVE 2.0 is supported by a base fabrication that is comprised of a mesh base bonded with RapidWeld suede and synthetic TPU.
The heel counters are soft with the foam continued by the tongue and collar for comfort. The midsole is supported by the advanced UltraCush and TPU support shank with a traction outsole of the UltimateWaffle pattern with grippy SickStick rubber. The colorway palettes include Medium Greay, AVE Bench Green, and Lavender Fog and Black.
To celebrate the second launch of the AVE 2.0 shoes, the brand is hosting an exciting series of activations in Paris between June 18 to 22. The events will take place daily, featuring skate jams, exhibitions, and a surprise brand experienced curated by OTW by Vans.
