Australian Dream Home Auctions

Hideaway Island House by Frank Macchia

My dream home lies on Hideaway Island in Australia’s Sunshine Coast. Architect Frank Macchia has built the most beautiful house I think I’ve ever seen there, and it’s for sale!

Richardson & Wrench are just playing with me, tossing these gorgeous images out there where I might see them. The 4 bedroom, 4 bath home also boasts "2 Garages, Air-conditioning, Alarm System, Vacuum System, Open Fire Place, Home Automation System, Waterfront, in ground pool" as well as C.BUS, and an integrated audio system.

What is "C.BUS"? Do I care? Not really! Look at the views, the wood, the flooring, the kitchen…the beach!

The home is set to be auctioned off on January 10th 2009. I’m booking my flight now.
