Atom by Sean Connell, a product designer based in West Lafayette, Indiana, is a multipurpose tool that is focused on slim portability as much as it is on functionality and convenience. While similar multipurpose tools are also meant to be compact and easily carried around, this design has managed to tailor it significantly down to the size and slenderness of a key.
Yet this doesn't mean it had to forego some of the typical purposes of such tools. Atom by Sean Connell still impressively boasts hex wrenches, a pry bar, a bottle opener, screwdrivers, files, a ripping tool, rulers and a protractor. Made out of heat-treated stainless steel, it is also incredibly durable. Not to mention that it is TSA compliant.
