Mathmos & Sabine Marcelis Launch a Limited-Edition Astro Lava Lamp

Mathmos has teamed up once again with designer Sabine Marcelis for a second limited-edition Astro Lava Lamp. This follows the successful launch of their first collaboration. This new design is set to debut at the VitraHaus Loft in Germany in June 2024. The product is bound to showcase Marcelis’ distinctive use of color and form.

The limited-edition Astro Lava Lamp features a deep Bordeaux red hue that can create a powerful accent in one's bedroom. The base and cap are made from hand-spun aluminum, painted in a matte finish, and complemented by a matching braided cord. The frosted bottle finish provides a soft, warm glow that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the flowing burgundy lava.

Limited to just 1,000 pieces, each one of the Astro Lava Lamps will be individually numbered to add a sense of exclusivity for collectors.
