Intricately Inked Walls

This Wall Decal by Artist Joe Fenton is Wickedly Detailed

These wall decals by artist Joe Fenton are hyper-detailed works of art. The monochrome image, which has sketched free-hand on this lucky apartment owners wall, almost looks like a portal into another world. In this expansive image, entitled A Triptych - The Landing, the surrealist influenced artist has created a gateway into a world guarded by grotesque, one-eyed monsters and Buddhist symbolism.

The London based artist creates these ridiculously detailed black and white images using a mixture of graphite, ink and acrylics on paper. The artist prefers to work in black and white. Before the artist committed full-time to his fine-art work, he worked as a children’s book author and illustrator. I’m not sure many children would be able to handle the ghoulish images in these devilishly good artworks.
